Vistin Pharma ASA: Volume of oil derivative contracts reduced

Oslo, Norway, 14 November 2019Vistin Pharma ASA (Vistin Pharma, OSE: VISTIN), announces that the company has closed the derivative contract for 15,000 metric tons (MT) of the spread between ICE low sulphur gasoil and Sing380 expiring in December 2019. The position was closed at USD 364.25/MT, and resulted in a realised gain of approximately NOK 2.6 million. The spread at the contract date and 30 September 2019 was USD 345.10/MT and USD 352.80/MT respectively. Following this transaction Vistin Pharma has a total contract volume of 135,000MT outstanding.
