According to his executive contract he was entitled to retire in November 2020 at the age of 60.Jussi Pesonen has informed the Board that he is not available for re-election to UPM’s Board of Directors in the annual general meeting of 2020.He has served as the President and CEO of UPM-Kymmene Corporation since 2004 and as a member of the Board of Directors since 2007.For further information please contact:
