13 November at 3:05 p.m. EETThe Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved a supplement to the tender offer document relating to the Tender Offer (the “Supplement Document”). The Supplement Document relates to the unaudited interim report published by Silmäasema Oyj on November 8, 2019 for the nine months period ended September 30, 2019 (“Interim Report”), which the Offeror supplements the tender offer document with. The Supplement Document and the Interim Report are added to this release as Annex 1.The tender offer document will be available with the Supplement Document in Finnish from November 11, 2019 onwards at the headquarters of Coronaria, Saaristonkatu 22, 3rd floor, FI-90100 Oulu, Finland, at Carnegie Investment Bank AB, Finland branch, Eteläesplanadi 22 A, 7th floor, FI-00130 Helsinki, Finland and at Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd., Fabianinkatu 14, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland.
