Regarding the General Meeting of Shareholders

The company informs that the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders is postponed. The General Meeting of Shareholders approves the audited financial statements, which are delayed this year due to the impact of COVID-19. The notice of the General Meeting of Shareholders was planned to be announced today while the Shareholders’ Meeting itself was scheduled for April 30.The new date of the General Meeting of Shareholders will be announced on a separate note.About Novaturas Group
