Lehdistötiedote 8.11.2019 klo 08.30 Ovaron asuntomyynti ja Ydintoiminnan vuokrausaste lokakuussa Ovaron strategiana on omistaa ja kehittää vuokraukseen hyvin sopivia kiinteistöjä (Ydintoiminta) sekä 2019 – 2021 aikana luopua omistusasumiseen soveltuvista asunnoista (Muu toiminta). Ovaro julkaisee kuukausittain Muun toiminnan myyntitiedot ja Ydintoiminnan vuokrausasteen. Lokakuussa 2019 yhtiö myi yhdeksän asuntoa velattomilta hinnoiltaan 2,5 M€.  Yhtiö on 1-10/2019 myynyt asuntoja velattomin hinnoin yhteensä 25,8 M€:lla. 1-10/2019 myydyt huoneistot vastaavat yli kolmasosaa koko Muun toiminnan vuoden vaihteen arvosta.  Ydintoiminnan vuokrausaste on parantunut neljä prosenttiyksikköä vuodenvaihteesta: neliömetripohjaisesti laskettu vuokrausaste:  31.10.2019              30.9.2019              31.12.2018
