Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus OyjOvaro aloittaa uuden omien osakkeiden osto-ohjelmanOvaro Kiinteistösijoitus Oy:n hallitus on 18.11.2019 päättänyt varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen antaman valtuutuksen perusteella jatkaa yhtiön omien osakkeiden hankintaa.Ovaro hankkii omia osakkeita enintään 40.000 kappaletta, eli enintään noin 0,42 % koko osakekannasta. Osakkeet hankitaan Nasdaq Helsingin järjestämässä julkisessa kaupankäynnissä hankintahetken markkinahintaan. Omien osakkeiden hankinta aloitetaan aikaisintaan 20.11.2019 ja lopetetaan 17.01.2020 tai kun määrä on tullut täyteen.Ovaro Kiinteistösijoituksen osakekohtainen EPRA NAV 30.9.2019 oli 8,35 euroa, kun Ovaron osakekurssi on kuluvan vuoden 2019 vaihdellut 3,77 ja 5,00 euron välillä.Varsinainen yhtiökokous valtuutti 13.3.2019 hallituksen päättämään enintään 900.000 oman osakkeen hankkimisesta, yhdessä tai useammassa erässä, yhtiön vapaalla omalla pääomalla. Valtuutus on voimassa 30.6.2020 asti.Yhtiön omia osakkeita voidaan hankkia yhtiön pääomarakenteen kehittämiseksi, käytettäväksi vastikkeena yrityskaupoissa tai osana yhtiön kannustinjärjestelmää sekä muutoin edelleen luovutettavaksi, yhtiöllä pidettäväksi tai mitätöitäväksi.Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus Oyj:llä on 9.598.910 osaketta, joista yhtiöllä itsellään 247.016 kpl, jotka on hankittu ajalla 11.12.2018 – 14.10.2019.Lisätiedot:
