Optsiooniprogrammiga seotud aktsiakapitali suurendamine on kantud äriregistrisse

ASi Ekspress Grupp nõukogu otsustas 2. novembril 2020 suurendada aktsiakapitali 600 000 euro võrra optsiooniprogrammi raames väljastatud optsioonide realiseerimiseks (lisateave on leitav siit).Emissioon oli suunatud optsiooniprogrammi korraldajale AS LHV Pank, kes on märkinud kõik 1 000 000 emiteeritavat aktsiat tähtaegselt. Aktsiakapitali suurendamine on kantud äriregistrisse 19.11.2020. ASi Ekspress Grupp uus aktsiakapitali suurus on  18 478 104,60 eurot, mis on jagatud 30 796 841 aktsiaks nominaalväärtusega 0,6 eurot.AS Ekspress Grupp on esitanud taotluse uute aktsiate noteerimiseks ja kauplemisele võtmiseks Nasdaq Tallinna börsile ja teavitanud börsi aktsiakapitali suurendamise äriregistrisse kandmisest 20.11.2020.
