Tous les documents relatifs à ces Assemblées sont dès à présent disponibles sur www.solvay.com.Dans cette période de crise liée au COVID-19, la priorité de SOLVAY est de veiller à la bonne santé et la sécurité de ses actionnaires, de ses employés et de ses autres parties prenantes.En fonction des mesures adoptées par les autorités dans ce contexte, Solvay sera très probablement contrainte d’adapter les modalités de participation aux assemblées générales.Dans les prochains jours, Solvay communiquera les modalités de participation adaptées sur son site internet (www.solvay.com) et par voie d’un communiqué de presse.
