De gewone en buitengewone algemene vergaderingen van Solvay vinden plaats op dinsdag 12 mei 2020 in Brussel

Brussel, 10 april 2020; 8u30 CEST – Solvay houdt zijn volgende Algemene Vergadering op dinsdag 12 mei 2020 om 10.30 uur. Alle documenten met betrekking tot deze bijeenkomsten zijn nu beschikbaar op www.solvay.com.
In deze crisisperiode in verband met COVID-19 is het handhaven van de goede gezondheid en veiligheid van haar aandeelhouders, werknemers en andere belanghebbenden de prioriteit voor SOLVAY.Afhankelijk van de door de autoriteiten genomen maatregelen in deze context, zal Solvay hoogstwaarschijnlijk verplicht zijn de modaliteiten voor deelname aan de Algemene Vergaderingen van Aandeelhouders aan te passen.In de komende dagen zal Solvay de aangepaste modaliteiten voor deelname meedelen op zijn website (www.solvay.com) en tevens door middel van een persbericht.
