Kapitalforhøjelse ved konvertering af obligationer til aktier

Obligationsejere, der repræsenterer i alt 7.811.500 kr., har valgt at konvertere deres obligationer til FirstFarms aktier med virkning fra 23. oktober 2019. Det vil ske udstedelse af 103.325 aktier til kurs 45,97, 10.000 aktier til kurs 46,15 samt 45.413 aktier til kurs 57,25, i alt 158.738 aktier til en gennemsnitskurs på 49,21.Der foretages derfor en kapitalforhøjelse på 1.587.380 kr., svarende til 158.738 aktier af 10 kr., og selskabets nye aktiekapital vil herefter udgøre 63.181.420 kr.Med venlig hilsen,
