Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 21, 2019Holte, 25. oktober 2019Kapitaludvidelse i Investeringsselskabet Artha Optimum A/SBestyrelsen har d.d. besluttet at forhøje selskabets aktiekapital med nominelt DKK 5.640.000 svarende til 376 aktier á DKK 15.000 som følge af nytegning af aktier. Forhøjelsen sker i henhold til bemyndigelsen i punkt 3.9 i selskabets vedtægter.Kapitalforhøjelsen er tegnet uden fortegningsret for selskabets eksisterende aktionærer eller andre.Aktierne er tegnet kontant til kurs DKK 47.930,95 pr. aktie á DKK 15.000 svarende til et samlet provenu på DKK 18.022.038.De ny-udstedte aktier er ordinære aktier uden særlige rettigheder og er frit omsættelige omsætningspapirer.De nye aktier giver ret til udbytte og andre rettigheder i selskabet. De nye aktier vil efter registrering i Erhvervsstyrelsen blive søgt optaget til notering på NASDAQ OMX København med samme ISIN-kode som selskabets øvrige aktier.Den totale aktiekapital er herefter DKK 689.865.000 fordelt på 45.991 aktier á DKK 15.000.
