Hoivatilat Plc’s new shares registered in the Trade RegisterHoivatilat Plc (the “Company”) announced in a stock exchange release published on November 6, 2019 that the Company’s Board of Directors had decided on a directed share issue without consideration to the participants in the Company’s long-term share-based incentive plan. A total number of 63,400 new shares were issued in the directed share issue.The new shares have been registered in the Trade Register on November 13, 2019. The new shares will carry full shareholder rights as of the registration date November 13, 2019. Trading of the new shares at Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd alongside with the existing shares will commence on November 14, 2019.Following the registration of the new shares, the total number of shares in the Company is 25,502,629.
