Harvia Oyj on vastaanottanut 19.11.2019 seuraavan arvopaperimarkkinalain (“AML”) 9 luvun 5 pykälän mukaisen ilmoituksen, jonka mukaan Marja Toivasen määräysvaltayhtiö Onvest Oy:n (Helsinki, Suomi) osuus Harvia Oyj:n osakkeista ja äänistä on 19.11.2019 ylittänyt kymmenen (10) prosenttia. Ilmoituksen mukaan Marja Toivasen välillinen omistusosuus Harvia Oyj:n osakkeista ja äänistä on 12,34 prosenttia.1. Kohdeyhtiö: Harvia Oyj2.
