Investeringsforeningen PortfolioManager har i dag den 23. oktober 2020 afholdt ekstraordinær generalforsamling i henhold til tidligere offentliggjort dagsorden.På generalforsamlingen blev tre forslag, fremsat af bestyrelsen, gennemgået.Bestyrelsen havde fremsat forslag om tilpasning af vedtægterne vedrørende adresseændring. Generalforsamlingen tilsluttede sig det fremsatte forslag.Bestyrelsen havde fremsat forslag om tilpasning af vedtægterne vedrørende prismetode for kontoførende afdelinger. Generalforsamlingen tilsluttede sig det fremsatte forslag.Bestyrelsen havde fremsat forslag om tilpasning af vedtægterne vedrørende omsættelighed af kontoførende andele.
