Changes in the Management Board of Coop Pank AS subsidiary SIA Prana Property

Effective from December 10th 2019 Mr. Heikko Mäe was appointed as a new member of the board of SIA Prana Property, a subsidiary of Coop Pank aktsiaselts. Effective from December 10th 2019 Mr. Janek Uiboupin was recalled from the management board of SIA Prana Property.SIA Prana Property is a subsidiary of Coop Pank, engaged in the management and realisation of real estate in Latvia.Coop Pank, based on Estonian capital, is one of the five universal banks operating in Estonia. It has 15 branch offices and 24 banking points all over the country. The number of clients using Coop Pank for their daily banking is 61,900. Coop Pank aims to put the synergy generated by the interaction of retail business and banking to good use and to bring everyday banking services closer to people’s homes.
