Reference is made to the notification sent on 14 November 2019 regarding a successful placement of unsecured bonds issued by Aker ASA.In conjunction with the bond issue, the company has bought back NOK 117 million of AKER10 (ISIN: NO0010680317) and 232.5 million of AKER 13 (ISIN: NO0010737158).DNB Markets, Nordea, Pareto and SEB acted as joint lead managers of the bond issue.For further information, please contact:
