14.11.2019 klo 08:30 EETHoivatilat Oyj:n uudet osakkeet rekisteröity kaupparekisteriinHoivatilat Oyj (“Yhtiö”) tiedotti 6.11.2019 julkistetulla pörssitiedotteella Yhtiön hallituksen päättämästä suunnatusta maksuttomasta osakeannista Yhtiön pitkän aikavälin osakepalkkiojärjestelmän osallistujille. Suunnatussa osakeannissa annettiin yhteensä 63 400 uutta osaketta.Uudet osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin 13.11.2019. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat täydet osakkeenomistajan oikeudet rekisteröintipäivästä 13.11.2019 alkaen. Kaupankäynti uusilla osakkeilla alkaa Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:ssä yhdessä nykyisten osakkeiden kanssa 14.11.2019.Yhtiön osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on uusien osakkeiden rekisteröinnin jälkeen yhteensä 25 502 629 osaketta.
