MCH Group AG: Beantwortung weiterer AktionärsfragenDie AMG Fondsverwaltung AG, vertreten durch Erhard Lee und als Vertreterin der Gruppe AMG (bestehend aus Ursula Lee, Erhard Lee und LLB Swiss Investment AG, handelnd für die AMG Substanzwerte Schweiz), hat anlässlich der ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung vom 29. Januar 2020 diverse Zusatzfragen gestellt. Sie hat sich mit dem Vorgehen einverstanden erklärt, dass die Fragen gesammelt und im Nachgang zur ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung schriftlich beantwortet und veröffentlicht werden.In Absprache mit der MCH Group hat die AMG Fondsverwaltung AG nach der ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung den zusätzlichen Fragenkatalog schriftlich zusammengefasst und am 11. Februar 2020 eingereicht.
