Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB (publ) publicerar idag bokslutskommuniké avseende 2019 för moderbolaget respektive för koncernen. Januari – december 2019Justerat substansvärde ökade med 8,4 procent och uppgick per aktie till cirka 170 kronor, medan aktiekursen ökade med 20 procent och uppgick till 166 kronor.Intäkter från avtal med kunder uppgick till 213,1 mkr (168,7).Resultat per aktie för kvarvarande verksamhet uppgick till 7,95 kronor (0,75). Oktober – december 2019Justerat substansvärde ökade med 7,4 procent och uppgick per aktie till cirka 170 kronor, medan aktiekursen ökade med 12 procent och uppgick till 166 kronor.Intäkter från avtal med kunder uppgick till 62,6 mkr (63,6).Resultat per aktie för kvarvarande verksamhet uppgick till 4,83 kronor (-4,23) Väsentliga händelser under fjärde kvartalet 2019
Under december förvärvade Byggmästaren 3 miljoner aktier motsvarande ca 17,9 procent av röster och kapital i det First North Premier noterade bolaget Infrea AB. Aktierna har förvärvats på kurs 25 kr per aktie, motsvarande 75 miljoner kronor.Väsentliga händelser efter periodens utgång Styrelsen för Byggmästaren föreslår årsstämman att besluta om utdelning till aktieägarna om 0,80 kronor (0,70) per stamaktie av serie A och serie B avseende verksamhetsåret 2019.
