With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the benchmark is EUR 1.350 billion. The maturity date of the benchmark is 14 December 2029. The recovery from the market lows that started in the second half of last year continued in the first quarter of 2025. During the quarter, we signed a total of 25 contracts under the law of obligation (sales contracts; 2024 Q1: 16). The biggest contributions came from the sale of homes under construction in the Iseära phase II project (both terraced houses and apartments) as well as from the Regati development project. Among completed homes, the main contributions to sales came from the Uus-Meremaa and Luuslangi projects. The weekly sales ratio, which reflects the number of homes going out of supply through either sales contracts or paid reservations, remained at a similar level compared to the previous quarter....
