18.06.2020 toimus Radisson Blu Sky hotelli konverentsikeskuses II korrusel aadressil Tallinn, Rävala pst 3, EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS-i aktsionäride korraline üldkoosolek. Koosolekul oli esindatud 142 aktsionäri, kes esindasid  75,16 % kõikide aktsiatega esindatud häältest.
