Indgåelse af en tiårig lejeaftale med solid lejer samt opførelse af en ny 10.000 m2 logistikejendom

Fast Ejendom Danmark A/S har indgået en tiårig lejeaftale på selskabets lager- og logistikejendom i Ringsted. Aftalen er en fortsættelse af en eksisterende lejeaftale på ca. 15.000 m2 kombineret med en ny tilbygning på ca. 10.000 m2 på nabogrunden, som er et grundstykke tilhørende Fast Ejendom Danmark A/S, og lejeaftalen omfatter således ca. 25.000 m2 i alt. Selskabet får herved aktiveret det ubebyggede grundstykke. Når den nye tilbygning er færdigopført, hvilket forventes inden udgangen af 2020, vil den udvidede lejeaftale indebære en efterfølgende positiv påvirkning af resultatet af primær drift før værdireguleringer i niveauet 5 mio. kr. pr. år.Projektsummen er i niveauet kr. 55 mio. kr., og forventes finansieret ved en kombination af lånoptagelse og egenfinansiering, hvor sidstnævnte forventes at udgøre kr. 15 mio. kr. SpareBank 1 SMN has decided that CEO Jan-Frode Janson shall be offered in the first year of employment to buy up to 30.000 equity certificates with a discount of 30 percent with 3 years lock-up period. SpareBank 1 SMN has today, 3 December 2019, bought 15,000 equity certificates with an average price of NOK 96.7053. These equity certificates are transferred to Jan-Frode Janson according to these terms. The bank holds 625 own certificates after this transaction. Jan-Frode Janson owns 30,000 certificates after this transaction. SpareBank 1 SMN har besluttet at konsernsjef Jan-Frode Janson i løpet av første år etter ansettelsen skal kunne kjøpe inntil 30.000 egenkapitalbevis med en rabatt på 30 % mot 3 års binding. SpareBank 1 SMN har i dag, 3. desember 2019 kjøpt inn 15.000 egenkapitalbevis til en gjennomsnittlig pris per egenkapitalbevis på 96,7053. Disse egenkapitalbevisene er overført til Jan-Frode Janson i henhold til nevnte vilkår. Bankens beholdning av egne bevis etter denne transaksjonen er 625 egenkapitalbevis.
