World Insurance Associates Acquires Livingston Insurance Agency

Tinton Falls, NJ, Jan. 04, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — World Insurance Associates LLC (“WIA”), a Top 100 Insurance Brokerage, announced today that it acquired Livingston Insurance Agency (“Livingston”) on December 31, 2021. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Livingston was founded in 1991. Today, they provide personal insurance–home, auto, umbrella, flood, and boat insurance –to name a few of the many coverages they offer. In addition, they provide business insurance, offering a wide range of coverages to suit their clients’ commercial needs.
