Wolters Kluwer divests French legal notices business lineDECEMBER 31, 2020 – Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory announces that it has signed and completed the divestment of its French legal notices business, Annonces & Formalités Légales, to Médialex, part of Sipa-Ouest-France Group.The divestment is consistent with the strategy of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory to focus on professional information and software solutions in core legal markets.
