Dear Sirs, Madams,

WisdomTree Multi Asset Issuer plc – Meeting of ETP Securityholders

in respect of WisdomTree FTSE 100 3x Daily Short Securities

to be held on 27 August 2026

We, the undersigned, being two Directors of WisdomTree Multi Asset Issuer plc (the Issuer), duly authorised in that behalf by the Issuer, hereby certify to you in your capacity as the Trustee for the holders of the ETP Securities (as hereinafter defined) that as of 6pm on 25 August 2026, being the record date for the ETP Securityholders’ Meeting (the Record Date):

(a)      the total principal amount of the WisdomTree FTSE 100 3x Daily Short Securities (the ETP Securities) created and issued by the Issuer and constituted by the Supplemental Trust Deed dated 20 December 2012 (the Supplemental Trust Deed) to the Master Trust Deed dated 30 November 2012 (the Master Trust Deed, and together with the Supplemental Trust Deed, the Trust Deed), as amended from time to time, made between the Issuer and you as Trustee was GBx 163,185,180;

(b)      the total principal amount of the ETP Securities outstanding (as defined in Clause 1.1 of the Master Trust Deed) (the Outstanding ETP Securities) as at the date hereof is GBx 163,185,180;

(c)      of the Outstanding ETP Securities as at the Record Date, the total principal amount those ETP Securities that are beneficially held by or on behalf of the Issuer and not cancelled shall be deemed not to remain outstanding for the purposes (inter alia) of the right to attend and vote at, and the quorum for, any Meeting of ETP Securityholder, is GBx 0.
