VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — WESTERN PACIFIC TRUST COMPANY [TRADING SYMBOL “WP” – TSXV] (the “Company”) –At its Annual General and Special Meeting on May 29, 2019, the shareholders of the Company passed the following Special Resolution:Consent to alter the Articles of the Company was received from FICOM on September 18, 2019, and the New Articles were accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange on October 24, 2019.
