(OTCQX: WBBW), the holding company (the “Company”) for Westbury Bank (the “Bank”), today announced net income of $1.8 million, or $0.58 per common share for the three months ended March 31, 2020 compared to net income of $1.5 million, or $0.46 per common share for the three months ended March 31, 2019.
