Efter emissionen kommer bolagets totala utestående obligationslån att uppgå till 650 miljoner kronor. Likviddag för de nya obligationerna beräknas att bli den 28 november 2019 och emissionslikviden kommer att användas för allmänna verksamhetsändamål. Bolaget kommer att ansöka om notering av obligationslånet, inklusive de nya obligationerna, på Nasdaq Stockholm och noteringen förväntas att äga rum den 3 december 2019. Pareto Securities AB agerade Sole Bookrunner i samband med obligationsemissionen och Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå var legal rådgivare.För ytterligare information, vänligen kontakta:
