Võlakirjaemissioon

Arco Vara AS viis läbi võlakirjaemissiooni, mille käigus emiteeris võlakirju kogumahus 1 780 000 eurot. Võlakirjade väljalaskepäev on 16.12.2020 ja lunastamispäev on 13.12.2022. Emiteeriti 178 võlakirja nimiväärtusega 10 000 eurot, intressimääraga 10% aastas. Emiteeritud võlakirjadele tagatist ei anta. Emiteeritavate võlakirjade eest on tasutud täies ulatuses. Võlakirjade pakkumine teostati kooskõlas Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) 2017/1129 artiklis 1 sätestatuga ning ei olnud avalik.Arco Vara AS-i võlakirju märkis kokku 16 isikut. Kõik märkimisavaldused rahuldati täies mahus. Võlakirjainvestorite hulgas ei ole seotud isikuid.Võlakirjaemissioonist saadud vahendeid kasutatakse Kodulahe Kvartali arendusprojektide finantseerimiseks.21.12.2020 lunastatakse tähtaegselt eelmised 2-aastased Arco Vara võlakirjad kogusummas 1 325 000 eurot, mille intress oli 12%.
