VÍS: Reglubundin tilkynning um kaup á eigin bréfum í samræmi við endurkaupaáætlun – lok endurkaupa

Í 16. viku 2021 keypti VÍS 3.349.253 eigin hluti fyrir kr. 55.549.988 eins og hér segir:

Kaupin eru samræmi við endurkaupaáætlun félagsins sem hrint var í framkvæmd 9. apríl 2021, sbr. tilkynningu á markað sama dag.

Endurkaupum samkvæmt áætluninni er nú lokið en VÍS hefur keypt samtals 15.349.253 hluti í félaginu sem samsvarar 90,29% af þeim eigin hlutum sem að hámarki var heimilt að kaupa. Kaupverð hinna keyptu hluta nemur samtals kr. 249.999.988 sem samsvarar þeirri fjárhæð sem að hámarki mátti kaupa fyrir. VÍS á nú samtals 1,65% af heildarhlutafé félagsins, sem er 1.894.462.192 hlutir.

Samkvæmt endurkaupaáætluninni var sá fyrirvari að ekki yrðu keyptir fleiri en 17.000.000 hlutir og fjárhæð endurkaupanna ekki hærri en 250 milljónir króna. Skilyrði um hámarkskaup hafa nú verið uppfyllt og er endurkaupum því lokið. Framkvæmd endurkaupanna og tilkynningar um viðskipti með eigin bréf eru í samræmi við lög um hlutafélög nr. 2/1995 og II. kafla viðauka reglugerðar nr. 630/2005, um innherjaupplýsingar og markaðssvik.
