Virtuix Sells First Omni One Systems to U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Largest Integrated Healthcare System in U.S.

Initial Deployment at Detroit VA Medical Center Expands Omni One into Veteran Healthcare for Therapeutic Applications

Sale Provides Potential Pathway to VA Immersive Network Spanning More Than 145 Facilities Nationwide

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE)Virtuix Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VTIX), a leading developer of AI-driven, full-body simulation systems, today announced the sale of Omni One systems to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”). The systems will be deployed at the Valor Center at the VA Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan, for evaluation and potential use across therapeutic applications and holistic health programs.

The initial deployment introduces Omni One into the nation’s largest integrated healthcare system and represents an important milestone in Virtuix’s expansion into healthcare and therapeutic applications. Through its established “VA Immersive” program, the VA is already deploying virtual reality and other immersive technologies across a range of clinical applications, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, pain management, and occupational therapy.

Virtuix believes the initial VA deployment could represent a significant long-term opportunity for Omni One. VA Immersive has expanded to more than 145 VA facilities nationwide, with a stated goal of reaching all interested VA healthcare systems.

“Our first sale to the Department of Veterans Affairs, the largest healthcare system in the U.S., is an important milestone in Virtuix’s expansion into healthcare,” said Jan Goetgeluk, Founder, Chairman and CEO. “The VA has been a leader in adopting immersive technologies to improve care for Veterans, and we’re proud of the potential for our technology to help Veterans. Beyond the initial deployment in Detroit, we believe the VA healthcare system represents a meaningful long-term opportunity for our platform.”

The VA deployment follows recent Omni One installations at leading academic institutions exploring the platform for healthcare and therapeutic applications. Florida Gulf Coast University’s Marieb College of Health & Human Services is evaluating Omni One for occupational therapy and neurological rehabilitation. Rutgers University’s WINLAB has deployed Omni One for AI-assisted neurodivergent therapy, including autism therapy applications for children.

Virtuix’s expansion into the VA healthcare system comes alongside growing momentum in the U.S. defense sector, with programs and deployments spanning all four major branches of the U.S. military. Recent milestones include selection by the U.S. Air Force for Phase I funding through the AFWERX SBIR program to advance its Virtual Terrain Walk platform; sales to the U.S. Navy MWR program; appointment as lead systems integrator for a U.S. Marine Corps infantry fireteam trainer; integration of Omni One into a counter-drone training system being evaluated by the Marine Corps; sales to the U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Air National Guard, and Yokota Air Base in Japan; and a cooperative research and development agreement with the U.S. Navy. Together, these initiatives demonstrate the growing adoption of Virtuix’s AI-driven, full-body simulation technology across a broad range of military training, mission planning, and simulation applications.
