Vincit OyjYhtiötiedote 25.3.2020 kello 17:45Vincit Oyj luopuu toistaiseksi ohjeistuksesta ja muuttaa osinkoehdotustaKoronaviruksen synnyttämä maailmanlaajuinen epävarmuus talouden ja sitä kautta toimialan kehityksestä tekee mahdottomaksi arvioida liiketoiminnan taloudellisia näkymiä luotettavasti ja normaalisti. Tästä johtuen Vincit luopuu toistaiseksi ohjeistuksesta tilikaudelle 2020. Ohjeistusta päivitetään jälleen, kun markkinatilanne tarjoaa siihen normaalit edellytykset. Yhtiön hallitus on tilanteesta johtuen myös harkinnut uudelleen tilinpäätöstiedotteen ja yhtiökokouskutsun yhteydessä antamaansa voitonjakoehdotusta, joka oli 0,14 euroa osakkeelta.Hallitus muuttaa ehdotustaan myöhempään ajankohtaan siirretylle yhtiökokoukselle siten, että yhtiökokous päättäisi valtuuttaa hallituksen päättämään enintään 0,07 euron osakekohtaisen osingon jakamisesta yhdessä tai useammassa erässä myöhempänä ajankohtana. Valtuutus olisi voimassa seuraavaan varsinaiseen yhtiökokoukseen asti. Yhtiö julkistaa hallituksen mahdollisen osingonjakopäätöksen erikseen ja vahvistaa samassa yhteydessä asiaankuuluvat täsmäytys- ja maksupäivät.Vincit kutsuu koolle varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen myöhemmin.Vincitin toimitusjohtaja Mikko Kuitunen: ”Tulevaisuus on nyt siinä määrin sumussa, että on parempi olla rehellinen ja myöntää, ettemme pysty sanomaan kuinka tämä vuosi tulee taloudellisesti menemään. Tästä syystä onkin parempi palata ohjeistuksen kanssa takaisin, kun näkyvyys palautuu. Olen hyvin luottavainen sen suhteen, että keksimme yhteistyössä henkilöstömme ja asiakkaidemme kansa keinot päästä tästä myllerryksestä yli kohti parempaa huomista.
