Victoria Properties A/S med mindre negativt resultat

Bestyrelsen for Victoria Properties A/S har den 29. marts 2021 behandlet og godkendt årsrapporten for regnskabsåret 1. januar til 31. december 2020. Årsrapporten kan læses i sin helhed i vedhæftede pdf-dokument.

Selskabet har i årets løb evalueret flere potentielle ejendomsporteføljer med henblik på køb af ejendommene.

Selskabet har oplevet, at COVID-19 medførte en periode med usikkerhed og at politiske drøftelser vedrørende indførelse af lagerbeskatning samt ændring af boligreguleringslovens § 5, stk. 2, har medført, at ejendomsmarkedet generelt i en periode har afventet udfaldet af de politiske drøftelser.

Forventningerne til år 2021

I 2021 forventes en væsentlig acceleration af Selskabets strategi om investering i solide, langsigtede boligudlejningsejendomme. Selskabets eksisterende ejendomsportefølje bestående af boligudlejningsejendomme i Haderslev forventes solgt og erstattet med ejendomme, som bedre passer ind i Selskabets vækststrategi.

Selskabets vækst i volumen planlægges realiseret dels ved salg af Selskabets eksisterende ejendomsportefølje og dels ved kapitalforhøjelser.
