Valoe Oyj:n omien osakkeiden merkintä

 Valoe Oyj:n (“Yhtiö”) hallitus on päättänyt merkitä yhteensä 23.500.000 uutta osaketta (“Merkityt Osakkeet”) Yhtiön 27.8.2020 päättämän Yhtiölle itselleen suunnattua maksutonta osakeantia koskevan antipäätöksen nojalla.Osakkeiden merkintä liittyy Yhtiön rahoitusjärjestelyjen osittaiseen toteuttamiseen ja Yhtiön pääomarakenteen vahvistamiseen.Uudet osakkeet ovat samaa lajia kuin Yhtiön muut osakkeet ja tuottavat niiden rekisteröinnistä alkaen samat osakeoikeudet kuin Yhtiön vanhat osakkeet.Yhtiön 27.8.2020 päättämästä enintään 30.000.000 osakkeen osakeannista on aiemmin merkitty yhteensä 3.740.000 osaketta.Merkittyjen Osakkeiden kaupparekisteriin merkitsemisen jälkeen Yhtiöllä on kaikkiaan 236.859.195 osaketta, joista yhteensä 23.540.616 osaketta on Yhtiön hallussa.Merkityt Osakkeet merkitään kaupparekisteriin arviolta 24.9.2020 mennessä ja Yhtiö hakee uusien osakkeiden listaamista Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n pörssilistalle arviolta 9.10.2020 mennessä.  Mikkelissä 16. päivänä syyskuuta 2020Valoe OyjHALLITUSLisätietoja:
