USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock

MIAMI, April 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: USCB), the holding company for U.S. Century Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of Class A common stock, payable on June 5, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2024. Future dividend payments are subject to quarterly review and approval by the Board of Directors.
