2020. aasta 9 kuu tegevusaruanne
Grupi 2020 9 kuu neto renditulu oli 1 979 158 (2019 9 kuud: 1 940 078) eurot. Ärikasum sama perioodi eest oli 1 863 489 (2019 9 kuud: 1 881 404) eurot ja puhaskasum 1 031 187 (2019 9 kuud: 769 464) eurot.Grupi äritegevuseks on renditulu kogumine, kinnisvaraobjekti haldamine ning laenukohustuste teenindamine. Laenukohustused moodustavad fikseeritud intressiga võlakirjad ning investeerimislaen, mille intress on samuti intressituletuslepinguga fikseeritud. Tulude poolel on stabiilne triple-net renditulu tugevatelt rentnikelt, mis on põhiosas fikseeritud kesk-pikkade lepingutega ning mida indekseeritakse vastavalt inflatsioonile. Tulenevalt Grupi äritegevusest on tema majandustegevus ja finantstulemused üldiselt raskesti mõjutatavad erinevate väliste tegurite poolt.

UPP Olaines OÜ juhatuses on üks liige: Marko Tali, juhatuse esimees.UPP Olaines OÜ nõukogus on kolm liiget: Mart Tooming, Tarmo Rooteman, Hallar Loogma.Juhatuse ning nõukogu liikmetele ei ole ettenähtud tasu ega muid hüvesid.Grupis ei ole peale juhatuse ning nõukogu teisi töötajaid.2020. aastal moodustas Grupi emaettevõte, UPP Olaines OÜ, auditikomitee ning see koosneb kolmest liikmest.
