United Bankers OyjSISÄPIIRITIETO 5.6.2020 kello 14:37United Bankers Oyj: Alkuvuoden tuloskehitys myönteistä – Yhtiö säilyttää koko vuoden näkymänsä ennallaanUnited Bankers Oyj:n hallitus on arvioinut sijoittajien ja muiden sidosryhmiensä kannalta hyödylliseksi tarkentaa vuoden 2020 tulokseen vaikuttavia tekijöitä ja koko vuoden näkymiä. Yhtiön ensimmäisen vuosipuoliskon tuloskehitys on ollut vahvaa vaikeasta markkinatilanteesta huolimatta. Merkittävä tulosta nostava vaikutus on yhtiön tänään 5.6.2020 tiedottamalla metsärahasto UB Forest Fund I Ky:n metsäomaisuuden myynnillä eurooppalaiseen vakuutusalan konserniin kuuluvalle yhtiölle. United Bankersin tytäryhtiö UB Nordic Forest Management Oy on toiminut rahaston vastuunalaisena yhtiömiehenä. United Bankers kirjaa kaupan seurauksena noin 2,8 miljoonan euron tuottopalkkion vuodelle 2020.Yhtiö antoi tilinpäätöstiedotteessaan 2.3.2020 seuraavan ohjeistuksen: ”United Bankers arvioi operatiivisen liikevoittonsa kasvavan edellisvuoteen verrattuna.” Yhtiö on päättänyt säilyttää koko vuodelle antamansa ohjeistuksen ennallaan, sillä alkuvuoden suotuisasta kehityksestä huolimatta koronapandemian taloudelliset vaikutukset aiheuttavat edelleen epävarmuutta sijoitusmarkkinoilla.
