In accordance with article 14, § 1 of the law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings, Société fédérale de Participations et d’Investissement (SFPIM) has recently notified Umicore that it has successively crossed the statutory threshold of 3% and the regulatory threshold of 5% for the direct voting rights upwards on May 3rd 2024 and on May 8th 2024.
