Selskabsmeddelelse 20/2020
Warrantprogram:Som annonceret i selskabsmeddelelse 18/2020 blev bestyrelsen i SIG bemyndiget til at udstede op til 6.400.000 aktier i et warrantprogram til direktion og bestyrelse til kurs 1,53 DKK.
Selskabet har i forlængelse af denne bemyndigelse pr. dd. tegnet et warrantprogram med direktion/bestyrelse som løber fra og med 1/5 2020 – 1/5 2023. Warrantprogrammet er underlagt en række betingelser som warranthaver skal overholde, og som betyder at selskabet maksimalt skal udstede 6.026.231 aktier til kurs 1,53 DKK om 36 måneder forudsat at alle betingelser overholdes samt at den enkelte warranthaver vælger at udnytte sine warranter.
