Haldor Topsøe A/S har besluttet at udskyde Selskabets ordinære generalforsamling planlagt til den 31. marts 2020.Beslutningen er taget på baggrund af overvejelser om aktionærernes og de ansattes sundhed og sikkerhed i overensstemmelse med den opdaterede vejledning fra de danske myndigheder i relation til COVID-19, ønsket om afholdelse af en fysisk generalforsamling efter udrulningen af Selskabets medarbejderaktieprogram (ESP) og at give bestyrelsen tid til at vurdere de økonomiske konsekvenser af den nuværende COVID-19-relaterede markedsuro på Selskabets finansielle position særligt i relation til bestyrelsens forslag om udbetaling af udbytte til Selskabets aktionærer. Indtil videre betyder dette, at bestyrelsen trækker det tidligere kommunikerede forslag om udbetaling af udbytte til Selskabets aktionærer tilbage.Haldor Topsøe A/S vil sende en ny indkaldelse for den udskudte generalforsamling, når den nye dato er blevet fastlagt.
