Som følge af, at en række tidligere medarbejdere har meddelt, at de ønsker at udnytte deres tegningsretter fra det optionsprogram, der blev tildelt i 2015 (selskabsmeddelelse nr. 1 af 9. januar 2015) forhøjes aktiekapitalen i NKT med 133.746 stk. aktier à nominelt DKK 20. Aktiekapitalen forhøjes således med i alt nominelt DKK 2.674.920.Aktierne tegnes på grundlag af tegningsretter, som nærmere beskrevet i ovennævnte selskabsmeddelelse. Aktierne tegnes til kurs DKK 91,25 pr. aktie à
nominelt DKK 20.Den registrerede aktiekapital vil efter kapitalforhøjelsen omfatte i alt 27.260.115 stk. aktier à nominelt DKK 20 svarende til en aktiekapital på i alt nominelt
DKK 545.202.300.Aktiekapitalen vil fremgå af § 2 af vedtægterne for NKT. Vedhæftet findes de opdaterede vedtægter, der også kan læses på www.nkt.com.De nye aktier vil bære ret til udbytte for regnskabsåret 2019. Den ovenfor beskrevne kapitalforhøjelse påvirker ikke de finansielle forventninger til 2019.Kontakt
