UAB „Ignitis grupė“ pakeistas stebėtojų tarybos narių skaičius

UAB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Bendrovė),  juridinio asmens kodas: 301844044, registruotos buveinės adresas: Žvejų g. 14, Vilnius. Bendra UAB „Ignitis grupė“ išleistų obligacijų nominali vertė 600000000 EUR; ISIN kodai: XS1646530565; XS1853999313. 
Bendrovė informuoja, kad 2020 m. balandžio 8 d. Juridinių asmenų registre įregistruoti ir įsigaliojo naujos redakcijos Bendrovės įstatai, kuriuose numatyta, kad Bendrovės stebėtojų tarybą sudaro nebe 5, o 7 nariai (2 akcininko atstovai ir 5 nepriklausomi nariai). 
Bendrovės įstatai buvo pakeisti 2020 m. kovo 26 d. Bendrovės akcininko teises įgyvendinančios  Lietuvos Respublikos finansų ministerijos sprendimu.  Plačiau apie tai Bendrovė pranešė 2020 m. kovo 27 d. pranešimu apie esminį įvykį (nuoroda).  Artimiausiu metu Finansų ministerija planuoja inicijuoti atranką į dviejų nepriklausomų Bendrovės stebėtojų tarybos narių pareigas.    Artūras Ketlerius, Ryšių su visuomene komunikacijos vadovas, el. paštas arturas.ketlerius@ignitis.lt
