Bendras AB „Ignitis gamyba“ išleistų paprastųjų vardinių akcijų skaičius yra 648 002 629; ISIN kodas – LT0000128571.Bendrovė informuoja, kad 2020 m. balandžio 29 d. iš UAB „Ignitis grupė“ sulaukė ataskaitos dėl nekonkurencinio oficialaus siūlymo dėl GEN akcijų įgyvendinimo (toliau – Ataskaita).Ataskaitoje nurodoma, kad oficialaus siūlymo laikotarpiu nuo 2020 m. balandžio 3 d. iki 2020 m. balandžio 22 d. buvo supirkta 4 081 833 (keturi milijonai aštuoniasdešimt vienas tūkstantis aštuoni šimtai trisdešimt trys) GEN akcijos. Jos sudaro 0,63 proc. Bendrovės įstatinio kapitalo.Pasibaigus oficialiam siūlymui dėl GEN akcijų, UAB „Ignitis grupė“ priklauso 97,45 proc.
