CHICAGO, May 19, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tribune Publishing (NASDAQ:TPCO) today announced it will report its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2020 on Friday, June 5, 2020, instead of the previously announced date of May 22, 2020.
The Company requires additional time to assess the valuation of certain assets and determine if a non-cash impairment charge is required, primarily as a result of COVID-19 pandemic.The Company will host a conference call to discuss its business and financial results at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time (7:30 a.m. Central time) on June 5, 2020.
