TRAINERS’ HOUSE OYJ, TILINPÄÄTÖSTIEDOTE, 2.3.2021 KLO 8:30liikevaihto 9,4 milj. euroa (10,5 milj. euroa), muutos -10,4 % edellisen vuoden vastaavaan kauteen verrattunaoperatiivinen liiketulos 1,0 milj. euroa (0,6 milj. euroa), 11,1 % liikevaihdosta (6,0 %)Liikearvotestien perusteella lasketut käyttöarvot alittivat kirjanpitoarvon, mikä johti tavaramerkkien 5,1 milj. euron arvonalentumiskirjaukseen ja yrityskaupan laskennallisen verovelan 1,0 miljoonan euron pienenemiseen kesäkuussa 2020. Alaskirjaus aiheutui vanhakantaisen valmennusliiketoiminnan heikentyneestä näkymästä ja diskonttokorkona käytetyn painotetun keskimääräisen pääomakustannuksen (WACC) noususta.liiketulos -4,1 milj. euroa (0,6 milj. euroa), -43,3 % liikevaihdosta (6,0 %)osakekohtainen tulos -0,14 euroa (0,03 euroa)
Heinä-joulukuu 2020 lyhyestiliikevaihto 4,4 milj. euroa (4,3 milj. euroa), muutos 1,5 % edellisen vuoden vastaavaan kauteen verrattunaliiketulos 0,4 milj. euroa (-0,3 milj. euroa), 9,9 % liikevaihdosta (-8,0 %)osakekohtainen tulos 0,03 euroa (-0,01 euroa)
Tunnuslukuja vuoden 2020 päättyessärahavarat 3,3 milj. euroa (2,3 milj. euroa)korollinen velka 1,0 milj. euroa (1,3 milj. euroa) ja korolliset nettovelat -2,2 milj. euroa (-1,0 milj. euroa)omavaraisuusaste 65,1 % (68,4 %)
