TRAINERS’ HOUSE OYJ, PUOLIVUOSIKATSAUS 12.8.2020 klo 8:30liikevaihto 5,0 milj. euroa (6,2 milj. euroa), muutos -18,7 % edellisen vuoden vastaavaan kauteen verrattunaoperatiivinen liiketulos 0,6 milj. euroa (1,0 milj. euroa), 12,0 % liikevaihdosta (15,9 %)tehtyjen liikearvotestien perusteella lasketut käyttöarvot alittivat kirjanpitoarvon, mikä johti tavaramerkkien 5,1 milj. euron arvonalentumiskirjaukseen ja yrityskaupan laskennallisen verovelan 1,0 miljoonan euron pienenemiseen kesäkuussa 2020. Alaskirjaus aiheutuu vanhakantaisen valmennusliiketoiminnan heikentyneestä näkymästä ja diskonttokorkona käytetyn painotetun keskimääräisen pääomakustannuksen (WACC)noususta.liiketulos -4,5 milj. euroa (1,0 milj. euroa), -89,9 % liikevaihdosta (15,9 %)liiketoiminnan rahavirta 1,5 milj. euroa (1,3 milj. euroa)osakekohtainen tulos -0,16 euroa (0,05 euroa)
Tunnuslukuja vuoden 2020 toisen neljänneksen päättyessärahavarat 3,7 milj. euroa (2,8 milj. euroa)korollinen velka 1,3 milj. euroa (1,5 milj. euroa) ja korolliset nettovelat -2,4 milj. euroa (-1,2 milj. euroa)omavaraisuusaste 59,2 % (67,7 %)Tytäryhtiön Ignis Oy:n suoritus oli historian vahvin. Igniksen liikevaihto pysyi katsauskaudella edellisen vuoden tasolla, myynti oli vakaata ja työn tuottavuus nousi.Katsauskauden jälkeen heinäkuussa yhtiö lakkautti toistaiseksi Espanjan Torreviejassa sijainneen Ignis Oy:n toimipisteen. Työtehtävät keskitettiin Suomen toimistoille Helsinkiin, Turkuun ja Ouluun.
