Totalbanken udsteder 50 mio.kr. Senior Non-Preferred (SNP)

Totalbanken har som del af den løbende proces med at optimere bankens sammensætning af nedskrivningsegnede passiver (NEP) indgået aftale om at udstede 50 mio. kr. ikke-foranstillet seniorgæld (Senior Non-Preferred).
Obligationerne har en løbetid på 5 år med mulighed for førtidig indfrielse efter 4 år, forudsat Finanstilsynets forudgående tilladelse. Obligationerne forrentes med en variabel halvårlig kuponrente på CIBOR6 plus et kreditspænd på 240 bps.
