Waterford Pointe offers luxury homes on estate-sized home sites in an exclusive gated community

PIEDMONT, S.C., Dec. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE:TOL), the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, today announced its newest boutique community, Waterford Pointe, is coming soon to Piedmont, South Carolina.
