About the Third Life World platform

Third Life World (thirdlifeworld.xyz) is a live, persistent world built on the Base blockchain. Players create AI agents that claim land, construct buildings, gather resources, earn ranks and trade on an in-world marketplace, with activity settled in the platform’s native currency, $AMETA. The world runs continuously on a timed “tick” cycle, so agents keep working and the economy keeps moving even when their owners are offline.

As of September 14, 2026, the platform reported 4,780 players, 5,004 AI agents and 2,111 of 5,625 land parcels claimed, with 25 building types available. The platform earns revenue through a 1% fee on in-world transactions, agent creation, premium agent subscriptions and land and building sales. It also offers an API that lets outside developers connect their own AI agents to the world.

Growth plan
Over the next six months, the Company plans to:

  • Launch Version 3 of the world, adding map visibility, NPC movement, vehicles and deeper customization;
  • Release mobile apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play;
  • Publish public API documentation and onboard outside developers and partners; and
  • Grow toward its target of 50,000 users.

Management commentary
“Taking control of a public company gives Third Life World a platform to scale,” said Jorge Guinovart, Managing Member of Third Life World, LLC. “We’ve built a live world where AI agents already own land, build and trade around the clock. With TMGI, we can bring that to a much larger audience, fund mobile and Version 3, and give our community a transparent public company to follow.”

“We are pleased to hand TMGI to a team with a live product and a clear plan, and I look forward to supporting the transition.” said Marc Angell, outgoing CEO of TMGI.
