The Community Financial Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 17%

WALDORF, Md., Nov. 30, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Community Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: TCFC) (the “Company”), the bank holding company for Community Bank of the Chesapeake, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share of common stock, up from $0.15 in the previous quarter. This represents a 17% increase over the previous quarter. The dividend will be paid on or about January 24, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 10, 2022.
